Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

1. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 526/2017 under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, Delhi. 2018:DHC:3469

2. The allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner along with the co-accused committed above offences against several persons and took money for the purposes of securing VISAs for them. It is alleged that the petitioner received money in her account.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to take her graduation examinations of B.Com (Hons.) Course. The examination hall ticket has been produced which shows that the last examination of the petitioner is scheduled for 11.06.2018.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be granted protection for her examinations and thereafter she shall surrender on 12.06.2018 at Police Station Hari Nagar.

5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned SHO Police Station Hari Nagar on 12.06.2018. Till the said date, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

6. Thereafter the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for regular bail which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being influenced by anything stated in this order.

7. The petition is disposed in the above terms.
