JUDGMENT

1. For the relief sought in this petition, no Representation has been made by petitioner to the respondents. Before approaching this Court, a Representation is required to be made to the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a concise Representation would be made to respondent-Directorate of Education within a week. If any such Representation is received by the respondent– Directorate of Education, then it be effectively considered and a speaking response be given within a period of four weeks and the fate of Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so 2018:DHC:3491 W.P.(C) 5675/2018 that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available to him in accordance with law, if need be.

3. Without prejudice, it is agreed upon by petitioner’s counsel and counsel for the respondent-School that petitioner will report for duty before the School Principal on 28th May, 2018 at 8.00 A.M. Let it be so done.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this petition and application are accordingly disposed of.

5. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for petitioner and respondent-Directorate of Education.
