For the relief sought in this petition, a legal notice of 16th November, 2017 (Annexure A-26 colly) was purportedly sent by petitioners to the respondents. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is no response to the said legal notice.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with permission to petitioners to file a fresh and concise Representation to first respondent within a week. If any such Representation is received by first respondent, then it
