4. Recordshowsthatthe defaulting Qpnipanyi.e.,MantraDyetexPrivate Limited(for brevity"MDPL")has approached the National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT)for revival under Section 252(3)ofthe Companies Act,
2013. The operative directions containedintheparagraphs17& 18oftheaforementionedjudgmentread as follows: •••77. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed. The Official Gazette ofIndia dated 08.07.2017 and the order dated 30.06.2017 in sofar as the name ofthe appellant company shown as at entry No. 11877 bearing CIN No. U24100DL20IOPTfy01882 is hereby declared illegal and is set aside: The restoration of the company's-name to the Register wilfhowever"be subject to its filing all outstanding documents required by law and completion ofallformalities, incliidingpaymentofany latefee or any other charges which are levfibhefy the respondentfor the latefiling ofstatutory returnsqnd dlsfi^onpaymentofcost ofRs.25,000/-to bepaidto thePrimeMinister ReliefFund. 6. Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances,the ROC is directed to activate theDIN and DSC ofthe petitioners.
