1.,We are informed by Ms. Anupradha Singh, counsel for petitioners in W.P.(C) 11733/2017 that, Mr. Deepu, a visually impaired person who had not shifted with the other blind persons, is willing to shift to the same centre..,,

2. We-are further informed that so far as the adult visually impaired person Kamlesh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Naresh Singh is concerned,the respondents are willing to enable his shifting to the premises ofSh.Anil Kumar who is running an NGO-Helping Hand India..

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that ~ Kamlesh Kumar has also no objection to the so shifting. 4., Let the shifting be undertaken between 10:00 A.M.to 12:00 Noon on tomorrow. 5.. After these two visually impaired persons' have been accommodated, allthe blind persons who are rendered homeless, when the DDA had demolished the unauthorised hostel would stand rehabilitated.

6. Nothing remainsfor further adjudication in these matters.

7. Proceedings in both the writ petitions including the one which was initiated suo moto (In W.P.(C) 11716/2017)by us on a newspaper report,shall stand closed. ^
