1. The petitioner seeks interim bail in FIR No. 225/2013 under Sections 302/323/201/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli, Delhi.
2. It is contended that the petitioner’s family is facing severe financial crunch and the petitioner is the only earning member in the family. Intimation has been received from the school of the children of the petitioner that their admission would be terminated on account of non- 2018:DHC:3514 BAIL APPLN. 1124/2018 payment of tuition fee. The petitioner seeks interim bail for the purposes of making arrangement by sale of property.
3. Status report has been filed which confirms that the documents of the petitioner have been verified.
4. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.05.2013. The petitioner was earlier released on interim bail vide order dated 10.07.2013 for a period of 30 days where after the petitioner duly surrendered.
5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release, on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court. During this period, the petitioner shall report to the SHO Police Station Samaipur Badli once in a week i.e. on every Monday. It is clarified that on expiry of the interim bail period, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
6. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
