JUDGMENT

1. To seek the relief as claimed in this petition, a Legal Notice/Final Reminder was sent by petitioner to Respondent-University (Annexure P- X Colly). According to petitioner, there is no response to the said Legal Notice/Final Reminder (Annexure P-X Colly).

2. Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent-University.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with direction to the respondent-University to give a speaking response to petitioner’s Legal Notice/Final Reminder (Annexure P-X Colly) while treating it to be a Representation and let it be so done within a period of twelve weeks. The 2018:DHC:3240 W.P.(C) 5254/2018 fate of said Representation be made known to petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

4. Respondent-University be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
