W.P.(C) No. 364112014 titled as "Gopal Bansal & Anr. vs. Registrar of
Cooperative Societies & Anr.", decided on 28 th
March, 2016, on all fours and in particular, paragraphs 8 and 9 thereof.
Mr. litender Kumar Singh, the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative
Societies, Government of NCT of Delhi states that they shall abide by the directions contained in Sanjay Bajaj (supra) since the same have attained finality.
In view ofthe statement made on behalfof the Assistant Registrar, the present writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of
Cooperative Societies to process the applications filed on behalf of the petitioners, in terms ofthe decision of this Court in Sanjay Bajaj (supra) and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today. v___ ' ol-----1
