(ORAL)
In view of the similarity of the above-captioned three writ petitions, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order.
For the relief sought in these petitions, no Representation has been made to the respondent-School, Director of Education. Instead of directly approaching this Court, petitioners ought to first represent their case before the respondent-School and Director of Education.
Despite service of advance notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondent-School.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of these petitions and the applications with permission to petitioners to make concise Representations within a period of two weeks. If any such Representations are received by the respondent-
School and Director of Education, then it be effectively considered and a speaking response thereto be given within a period of four weeks and the fate of such Representations be made known to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
Respondent-School and Director of Education be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.
With the aforesaid directions, the above-captioned three writ petitions and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
