Impugned order of 28th March, 2018 (Annexure P-7) relieves petitioner with effect from 26th March, 2018. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the impugned order, Representation
(Annexure P-9) was made to the respondents on 17th April, 2018, but to no avail.
Despite advance notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with permission to petitioner to make fresh and concise Representation within a week to the fourth respondent. If any such Representation is received, then the fourth respondent shall give a speaking response to it within a period of four weeks and the fate of said Representation be made known to petitioner
2018:DHC:3344 within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
The fourth respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to petitioner’s counsel.
