1. Status report has been filed. The same is taken on record.

2. Petitioner seeks interim bail in FIR No.189/2014 under Sections 302/307/34 IPC & Section 25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Mehrauli, for a period of two months for the proposed surgery of his wife, who has been advised Laparoscopic/Open Cholecystectomy surgery for removal of the Gall Bladder stone, which is scheduled in the first week of June and his wife has been advised to get admitted on 2018:DHC:3561 BAIL APPLN. 1189/2018 04.06.2018.

3. Medical record has been verified.

4. The petitioner has been in custody since 08.02.2014 and as per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner has already undergone 4 years 3 months and 16 days, as on 28.05.2018 and the jail conduct of the petitioner has been reported as satisfactory.

5. Keeping in view the totality, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

6. Further, it is directed that the petitioner shall not do anything, which may prejudice either the trial or the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall surrender after the expiry of two weeks from the date of his release.

7. The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

8. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
