JUDGMENT
1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to re-approach this Court in case the decision on the Show Cause Notice issued to the petitioner under Rule 25 of the BSF Rules, 1969, is adverse to his interest.
