3. Mr. Kirtiman Singh accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, writ petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. I am informed that the petitioner has field two review petitions against the impugned notifications dated 23.11.2017 and 28.12.2017.

6. It IS not disputed before me by Ms. Acharya, learned ASG, that the review petitions are being heard by the respondents.

7. To be noted that the two demand notices issued pursuant to the said aforesaid notifications are under challenge in the present writ petition.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact and circumstances, counsel for the parties are agreed that the writ petition can be disposed of based on the following terms: The official respondents will not take / (i) 4 any coercive measures pending the disposal ofthe review petitions qua which hearing has already been granted. In ease the determination in thcTeview petition is against the interest of the petitioner, it will not be enforced
