JUDGMENT

1. Quashing of tentative seniority list of Senior Personal Assistants as on 20th March, 2018 prepared under Catch up Rule/Policy (Annexure P-

29) is sought in this petition on various grounds. However, no proper objections to this tentative seniority list (Annexure P-29) have been filed by petitioners.

2. Petitioners’ counsel submits that the tentative seniority list has been circulated in March, 2018 and objections thereto have to be yet filed.

3. It is submitted that the objections to the tentative seniority list (Annexure P-29) would be filed within a week. If it is so done, then the second respondent shall consider these objections alongwith other 2018:DHC:3644 W.P.(C) 6165/2018 objections so received, within a period of eight weeks and the final seniority list be circulated /uploaded on the official website promptly and thereafter only, promotions if any, be carried out on the basis of the final seniority list.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
