JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Bhatnagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that these writ petitions are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal in terms of Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act 1985.

2. Accordingly, we transfer these writ petitions to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench to be treated as original applications.

3. We direct the Registry of this Court to transmit the record to the Tribunal. The Tribunal would renumber these writ petitions as original applications and proceed with the matter accordingly.

4. In order to expedite matters, we direct the parties to be present before the Tribunal on 4 September 2025.

5. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
