Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to the Representations (Annexures P-13 to P-15) made in the months of
April/May, 2018.
In the facts and circumstances ofthe case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-D/rectora^e of
Education to respond by way of a speaking order to Representations
(Annexures P-13 to P-15) within aperiod of four weeks and fate of the
Representations be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail ofthe remedies as available in law, ifneed be.
