Impugned communication of 25^^ September, 2017 dispenses with the service ofoutsourced Supervisors as process for regular appointment ofSupervisors has been initiated.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have worked as Aanganwari workers for about one decade and their case for regular appointment in 25% quotahas not been considered andtill regular appointees have not joined and so petitioners ought to be allowed to continue.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that fresh composite

WP (C) No. 6322/2018 ^ ^ \ 2018:DHC:8766 made to second respondent within aweek. If any such Representation is received by second respondent, then the case ofpetitioners for the post of
^vcgQWisoxslAanganwari workers be effectively considered and a speaking response thereto, be given within aperiod ofsix weeks and the said Representation be conveyed to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, ifneed be.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
Copy ofthis order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
