Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there isno response to the said Representation.
Learned counsel for respondent-School submits that the
Representation (Annexure P-9) would be positively decided by way of a speaking order within aperiod ofsix weeks.
While taking on record the undertaking given by learned counsel for respondent-School, this petition is disposed ofwith direction to the respondent-School to decide the Representation ofpetitioners and fate of the Representation be conveyed to petitioners within a period of six

2018:DHC:8763 ./ weeks, so that petitioners may avail oftlie remedies as available in law, if need be.
At this stage, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the disciplinary proceedings are pending against petitioners. Let the proceedings continue and be brought to alogical end in accordance with the law.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
Acopy ofthis order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
