Learned counsel for respondent has handed over copy ofMinutes of Meeting of the Screening Committee to petitioner's counsel who submits that a Representation to re-consider the impugned order
(Annexure P-2) would be made to respondent within aweek. If it is so done, then petitioner's Representation be given an effective response by the respondent within a period of eight weeks and fate of the
Representation be made known to petitioner within aweek thereafter, so that petitioner may avail ofthe remedies as available in law, ifneed be.
