Impugned Communication of 5^'^ March, 2018 rejects candidature of petitioner for the post of guest teacher-TGT in Natural Science and
Mathematics for the academic session 2017-2018 because petitioner has passed Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) prior to her passing the
B.Ed.
Learned counsel for petitioner assails impugned order of5^*^ March, 2018 on the ground that there is no logic or rationale in rejecting petitioner's candidature on the ground that petitioner had cleared CTET prior to her B.Ed, course.
It is pointed out by learned counsel for respondents that the academic session for the year 2017-2018 was over on lO"^ May, 2018.
In the facts and circumstances ofthis case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with permission to

Directorate ofEducation, then a speaking response thereto be given to justify the impugned order within a period of six weeks and fate of the
Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, sothatpetitioner may avail of theremedies as available in law, if need be.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
Copy ofthis order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
