CM No. 24477/2018 By way of this apphcation, Settlement Agreement of 29'"' May, 2018 is sought to be placed on record. The subject matter ofthis petition has been mutually settled between the parties in an out of Court settlement.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this Settlement
Agreement of 29'^ May, 2018 has been acted upon as compensation of
1 16,10,000/- has been received.
^ Learned counsel for respondent-BSES undertakes that the balance amount would be paid in the manner as indicated in paragraph 12 of the
Settlement Agreement.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed and the
Settlement Agreement of29* May, 2018 is taken on record.

In view of the orders passed in CM No. 24477/2018, impugned order stands modified in terms ofthe Settlement Agreement of29^^ May, 2018 with direction to the parties to abide by the aforesaid Settlement

In terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, thispetition stands disposed of
