JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner seeks implementation of Seventh Pay Commission while relying upon order of 17.10.2017 of respondent-Directorate of Education and the arrears of Sixth Pay Commission and the benefit of second ACP along with additional conveyance charges. Vide order of 22.02.2018 petitioner stands transferred from India Gate branch to Dhakka Dhirpur branch.
2. Before approaching this Court, petitioner has to first seek the relief as sought in this petition from the respondents. It has not been done.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the applications with permission to petitioner to send a concise Representation to the first respondent-School within a period of two weeks. If any such Representation is received by respondent-School, then it be effectively considered and a speaking 2018:DHC:3700 W.P.(C) 6407/2018 response thereto, be given within a period of six weeks and fate of said Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
