JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner seeks a mandamus to first respondent to decide the Representations of 25th January, 2018, 27th February, 2018, 2nd April, 2018, 19th April, 2018 and 24th April, 2018. According to petitioner’s counsel there is no response to the said Representations.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to effectively consider aforesaid Representations (Annexure P-12, P-14 to P-17) to decide these Representations within a period of six weeks, by way of a speaking order and the fate of the Representations be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, to enable petitioner to avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 2018:DHC:3698 W.P.(C) 6478/2018

3. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
