JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner was prematurely retired on 10th July, 2017 and his Representation seeking revocation of his premature retirement has been rejected vide impugned order of 29th December, 2017, which is a cryptic order. It gives no reason as to why petitioner’s Representation has been rejected.

2. In view of aforesaid, Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards is called upon to reconsider petitioner’s Representation of 13th August, 2017 and 27th July, 2017 and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks. The fate of Representations be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. 2018:DHC:3697 W.P.(C) 6163/2018

3. Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards, be forthwith apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of. Dasti.
