JUDGMENT

1. Impugned order of 19th March, 2018 (Annexure P-13) grants ACP benefit to petitioner. The grievance of petitioner is that the benefit of third MACP was also sought but neither it has been refused nor granted in the impugned order.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a fresh concise Representation to second respondent within a week. If any such Representation is received by second respondent, then a speaking response thereto in respect of the third MACP, be given by second respondent within six weeks and the fate of said representation be conveyed to petitioner within one week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 2018:DHC:3696 W.P.(C) 6396/2018

3. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
