2018:DHC:8365 X been registered at police station Dwarka South on the complaint of Smt. Promila Mehra; whereas in Crl. M.C. 4385/2017 Smt. Promila Mehra is accused in FIR No. 204/2017 under Sections 323/341/506 IPG which has beenregisteredatpolicestationDwarkaSouthonthecomplaintofChandan
Kumar.
Chandan Kumar, Dheeraj Sharma and Promila Mehra are present in
Court and have been identified by SI AnilXumar ofpolice stationDwarka
South. They submit that they have settled their disputes amiably vide
Settlement Agreement dated 19^ January, 2018, therefore, both the aforementioned FIRs and the-consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose wouldbe served inkeepingthe
. eriminalproceedingspending. Accordingly,boththe above-mentionedFIRs
- andtheconsequentproceedingsemanatingtherefromarequashed.
