Vide order dated 11.06.2018 this Court had issued notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 through Insp. Saroj Bala, lO and directed her to ensure the presence of Smt. Shakuntala Gautam on the next date of hearing i.e, today.
Pursuant thereto Smt. ShakuntalaGautam who is aged 72 years is present in Court. She is on wheel chair. The petitioner was
2018:DHC:9105-DB allowed to meet his mother in the court today and they were asked to talk with each other.
Since Smt. Shakuntala Gautam is produced in Court and the petitioner is satisfied of the well being of his mother, no further order is required to bepassed in thepresent writpetition.
