Intellectual Property Rights (Imported Goods) Enforcement Rules, 2018:DHC:8496-DB
5> 2007 vide notification dated 22"*^ June, 2018, whereby the challenged rule has been modified, as a result of which, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
