M.C. no. 5423/2017. b) FIRNo. 877/2014 under Section 307 IPC and Sections 30/27/54/59 ofthe Arms Act registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar on the complaint of Surender Kumar (respondent no. 2/complainant) in Crl. M.C. NO. 5423/2017 and petitioner/accused in Crl. M.C. no. 5402/2017.
Complainants/accused/petitioners in both the aforesaid FIRs are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sumit of Police Station
Uttam Nagar. They submit that they have settled the matter amicably of their ownfree will and without any undue force, pressureorcoercion. They submitthat they do notwant to pursue their respective FIRs any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, mmy view, no fruitful purpose wouldbe served to keep the criminal proceedings
