2018:DHC:8222 being registered by police station Sadar Bazar involving offences punishable under Sections 354, 342, 427, 506, 509, 34 IPC. The incident is stated to have occurred on account of the dispute over spreading ofwater on the stairs. The applicants came to be engaged in verbal quarrel with Lakshmi Narain,husband ofthe applicantRenu and certain others intervening, the allegations of assault with the intent to outrage the modesty ofwomen being attributable to the said
Lakshmi Narain and two others.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances a case for release of the applicants Renu wife of Sh. Lakshmi Narain and Seema, daughter ofLate Sh.Pyare Lai Morwal on anticipatory bail is made out.
Thus, it is directed that in the event of the applicants / petitioners being arrested, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on furnishing personal bonds in the sum of
Rs.10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount subject to the following further conditions
(i) The petitioners shall continue cooperating with the investigation andjoin the same as and when called upon to do so;
(ii) The petitioners shall not come in contact with or try to influence any ofthe witnesses connected to the case;
(iii) Prior to their release,they shall give the telephone numbers of self and of at least one other responsible family member besides that ofthe surety to the investigating officer;
(iv) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any

(vi) This order will inure only till the date offirst appearance ofthe petitioners in the event ofa charge-sheet being filed on conclusion of the investigation and process being issued against them by the court ofcognizance.
The captioned bail applications and the applications filed therewith are disposed ofin above terms.
