1. Allowed, subject toall just exceptions. W.P.rn 7649/2018 W.P.(n 7661/2018

2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that pursuant to the hearing held on 20.06.2018, the Committee has passed an order dated 29.06.2018, interalia, holding the petitioners to be the wilful defaulters.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to challenge the said order.

4. The petitioners are not precluded from challenging the order dated 29.06.2018 in accordance with law.

5. Acopy of the same would be provided by respondent no.2 to the petitioners within aperiod ofone week from today.

6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
