JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtained instructions finom the Department to the effect that only four vacancies out of those advertised in the Employment Notice No. 1/2011 for the post of Constable (GD) in RPF were available and they have been clubbed with Notification No.1/2018, issued in May, 2018. He states that the said four vacancies for the subject post were also kept available as a result oforders passed by different Courts. As on date, there is no vacancy available for the subject post. Learned counsel states that the petitioners are at liberty to apply, interms ofthe fresh advertisement issued by the respondents.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, we decline to entertain the present petitions, which are in any event hopelessly barred by limitation. The petitioners are at liberty to apply afresh forthe subject post, interms ofAdvertisement No. 01/2018, issuedby the respondents.
