Vide proceedings dated 05.01.2018, the matter had been referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation &Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of a settlement. The settlement agreement dated 10.05.2018 arrived at between the parties at the Delhi High
Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre is on the record and vide clause 5 of the said settlement agreement, it is indicated that the parties had agreed to withdraw all respective civil and criminal proceedings.
Learned counsel for the appellant thus, seeks permission to withdraw FAO 574/2016 against the impugned order dated
29.06.2016 as passed by the Commissioner for Employee's
Compensation- respondent no.3. The appeal is thus dismissed as withdrawn. _
