26.07.2018 Respondent no. 2 in both the petitions are present and accept notice.
2018:DHC:8367 I V, Ms.Manju is wife of Mr.Pawan Kumar. MrJai Karan is father of
Mr.Pawan Kumar. IVls.Bhagwati Yadav was lawyer ofMr.Pawan Kumar.
She was representing Mr.Pawan Kumar in matrimonial disputes between
Mr.Pawan Kumar and Ms.Manju.
It is submitted that aquarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration ofcross FIRs, details whereofare as under:
(a) FIR no. 692/2015 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC and section 3
(X)/3(XI) SC/STAct registered at pohce station Dwarka South.
(b) FIR no.415/2015 under Sections 509/323/34 IPC at police station
Dwarka South.
It IS submitted that Mr.Pawan Kumar and Ms.Manju are living together for the last one year after settling their disputes amicably and petitioner and, private respondents have decided to end litigations, accordingly aforesaid FIRs may be quashed.
All the persons, named above, are present in Court and have been identified by SI Ghanshyam Kishore of police station Dwarka South.
Respondentno. 2/complainants in both the above FIRs, admit having settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and saythat theyhave no objection in case both the abovenoted FIRs are quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2/complainants, in the interest ofjustice, FIR no. 692/2015 under Sections 323/341/34 IPG and section 3 (X)/3(XI) SG/ST Act and FIR no.415/2015 under Sections 509/323/34 IPG registered at police station
Dwarka South and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are also disposed ofas infructuous. Dasti.
