1. This is second round of litigation. In the first round of litigation, vide order of 13th May, 2014 (Annexure P-4) a Coordinate Bench of this Court granted three weeks’ time to petitioner to file requisite documents. On account of non-submission of the requisite documents within three weeks, petitioner’s application for allotment of alternate plot in lieu of acquired land, has been dismissed vide order of 24th July, 2014 (Annexure P-8).

2. Counsel for petitioner submits that the requisite documents could not be submitted within a period of three weeks due to circumstances beyond the control of petitioner.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to consider documents so furnished by petitioner in terms of order of 13th May, 2014 2018:DHC:5167 W.P.(C) 10511/2017 (Annexure P-4) within a period of sixteen weeks. It is made clear that if there is any deficiency in the documents now submitted by petitioner in terms of order of 13th May, 2014 (Annexure P-4), it be made known to petitioner within two weeks, so that petitioner is able to rectify the deficiency within two weeks thereafter.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
