JUDGMENT
1. The present writ petition has been disposed of with directions that elections be held accordingly on the date already fixed for such elections, i.e., 18th September, 2025.
2. This Court was informed by the counsel for the Delhi University that elections would be held through Electronic Voting Machines (“EVMs”), pursuant to which this Court had passed directions regarding updation of the EVMs and elections of the college to be held through EVMs.
3. At a later stage, this Court has been informed by learned counsel for the college that elections in the college are through Ballot Papers. If that be the case, it is clarified that the college shall proceed to hold its elections as per its procedure through Ballot Papers.
