16.08.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 8 are related to
2018:DHC:8369 each other. A quarrel took place between them on sometrivial issue, which led to registration of FIR no. 902/2015 under Sections 308/323/452/34 IPG at police station Fatehpur Beri on the complaint of respondent no. 2.
Petitioners had also sustained injuries resulting in registration of the FIR NO. 903/2015 under Sections 308/323/324/34 IPG at police station Fatehpur Beri against the respondent nos. 2 to 8, on the complaint of petitioner no. 1
Surjeet Singh. With the interventions of elders in the family, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 8 have settled their disputes amicably, vide
Gompromise Deed dated 26'*' September, 2017; therefore, aforesaid cross
FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom maybe quashed.
Accused persons/complainants/victims in both the FIRs arepresent in Gourt along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Ranvir Singh of police station Fatehpur Beri. They submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and have no objection in case aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom arequashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIRs and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous. Dasti.
