Association (Regd.) vs. LtGovernor ofDelhi and Another and other batch matters. He submits that the facts of present writ petitions are covered by the law laid down in the aforesaidjudgment. The statement so made by the counsel for the petitioners is not disputed.
In view of the detailed reasons stated in the aforesaid judgment dated "
