JUDGMENT
1. Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions.
2. The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 8613/2018 & CM APPL.33060/2018 (for stay)
1. After arguing the matter for some time, Ms.Sarada, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be satisfied, for the nonce, if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction, to the respondent, to expeditiously decide the representation, dated 10th August, 2018, submitted by her client. 2018:DHC:5185 W.P.(C) 8613/2018
2. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent, to pass a speaking order on the representation, dated 10th August, 2018, submitted by the petitioner, and convey the same to the petitioner, within two weeks.
