01.08.2018 Complainant has alleged in the FIR that one unknown person beat him up and snatched?17,000/-, mobile phone and black leather purse from him and thereafter,ran away on a blue colour Pulsar motorcycle bearing NO. 7036.
Learned APP submits that on the basis of number of motorcycle, petitioner could be traced out. However, he is absconding. Proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. have already been initiated against the petitioner. She further submits that complainant had even sustained as he was hit by a bear bottle by the petitioner.
Keeping in mind the facts ofthis case,I am ofthe view thatno case is

Bail application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed ofas infructuous.
