1. Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 and petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking directions to the respondent to produce his missing daughter of petitioner.

2. The brief facts of the case are that on 21.07.2025 at around 2:30 pm, petitioner’s daughter, aged 20 years, left their residence situated at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and did not return thereafter. Petitioner tried his best to search for her but it was of no avail. Thereafter, on 23.07.2025, the petitioner approached the Police Station Vasant Kunj where an FIR regarding the missing girl was registered.

3. Status report dated 08.09.2025 is already on record. W.P.(CRL) 2611/2025 2

4. Today, the missing daughter of petitioner has appeared in person in the Court. We have interacted with the girl in question who is major and had studied upto 9th Class.

5. She submits that she has got married to Mr. Saurabh and does not want to go with her parents.

6. Her mother is also present in Court.

7. Since the daughter of petitioner has got married and, being major, she can take her own decision, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
