ORDER o/^ 02.08.2018 L By these petitions the petitioners seek quashing ofFIR No. 216/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS CAW Cell, Han Nagar, Delhi on the complaint ofMs. Manvinder Kaur, on merits.
JUDGMENT

2. Learned counsels for the parties submit that parties have since settled the matter and divorce by mutual consent between Bikramjeet Singh Sokhi, W.P.(CRL) 218/2016, 219/2016 &220/2016 Page 2of[3] petitioner and Ms. Manvinder Kaur/respondent No.2 in W.P. (Crl.) No.218/2016 has already been granted. Petitioners thus seek leave to withdraw the petitions and applications with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing ofFIR in question on the basis ofcompromise.

3. Learned counsel appearing for Ms. Manvinder Kaur states that the parties have since settled the matter and divorce by mutual consent between Bikramjeet Singh Sokhi and Ms. Manvinder Kaur has been granted, Ms. Manvinder Kaur will cooperate in the quashing ofthe FIR on the basis of the settlementthrough her power of attorney.

4. Learned counsel for Ms. Manvinder Kaur fiirther states that the various complaints filed by her under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, divorce petition seeking divorce on the basis ofcruelty, and the contempt petition would be withdrawn by the power ofattorney ofMs. Manvinder Kaur within one week.

5. Granting leave to file a petition seeking quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of compromise, petitions and appHcations are permitted to be withdrawn.

6. Petitions and applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
