02.08.2018 The counsel for the petitioner, submits that the proceedings in the complaint cases of the respondent from which these petitions arise have been adjourned sine die pursuant to statement made by the complainant by order dated 03.11.2017. He submits, on instructions that he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions at this stage though with liberty to come up afresh in case the proceedings in the complaint cases are revived.
The petitions and the pending- applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, granted.
