1. By a separate order passed today in OMP(Comm.) No.321/2017, the objections filed by the respondent against the Arbitral Award have been dismissed.

2. In view of the above, the Interim Order dated 24th July, 2017 shall continue for a further period of four weeks subject to any further or other order passed by a Competent Court in any other proceedings.

3. The present petition is disposed of with the above direction and with no order as to costs.
