JUDGMENT
2. Mr. Ankur Chibberij;lp^|(^oun^];jf^ Nos.[2] and 3, has also placed on record asigned letter, dated SO''" August, 2018, submitted bythe petitioner, which reads thus: I Surendra Kumar had filed awrit petition in this court for regularization of my job as a driver in the respondent school. Since the school is regularizing my services with effect from 01.07.2018 and my salary will be as per DSEAR rules. I don t intend to pursue my case and do not want any back wages and all interim orders passed in the matter shall stand W.P.(C). 2417/2014 „, Page 1 of[2] 2018:DHC:9255 IT-!-. vacated and I undertake that I will have no other claim against the school. 3. The petitioner states that he is satisfied by the contents of the said letter, and submits that, in view thereof, he does not seek to pursue this writ petition any further.
4. Mr. Ankur Chibber undertakes that the. petitioner would be regularised w.e.f 1^^ July, 2018 as, a Driver and salatywill be paid to him in accordance with the provisipn^'6^^^ School Education Act and Rules, 1973. -.I'.,'
