JUDGMENT
1. These appeals under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 impugn the judgments and decrees in a Reference under Section 18 of the Act.
2. The appeals were admitted for hearing and ordered to be listed in the category of "Regulars".
3. The counsel for the appellant Union of India (UOI) on request of this Court to furnish particulars of 'covered' matters pending consideration, famished the' particulars and the Registry was directed to list the said matters in the cause list in the category of 'After Notice Miscellaneous Matters'. The Court Master was also directed to telephonically inform the Advocates for the privateparties of the matters so ordered to be listed.
4. The appeals are listed today in terms of above.
5. The counsel for appellant UOI has been heard separately in each of the appeals but for the sake of convenience, this conmion order is being passed. Page I of[2] 2018:DHC:9058
6. The counsel for appellant UOI states that these matters pertain to land acquired in village Rajapur Kalan, compensation with respect to which was determined vide Award No. 10/2004-05. It is further stated that these appeals were preferred against award of compensation to the respondents as determined by this Court in LA APP. No.266/2008 titled Jai Singh Vs. Union of India] however the Civil Appeal No.675/2012 titled Union of India Vs. Jai Singh preferred by the appellant UOI thereagainst was dismissed by-the Supreme Court on 16"^ December, 2014 and thus nothing survives in these appeals.
7. The counsels for the respondents only in LA. APP. Nos. 161/2013, 162/2013, 163/2013, 168/2013, 171/2013, 174/2013 and 176/2013 appear.
8. None appears forthe respondents in other appeals.
9. The counsel for Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (DSIIDC) however appears andhasno objection.
10. In view of the statement of the counsel for the appellant UOI, need to await the counsels for the private respondents in other appeals is not felt.
11. The appeals are dismissed. No costs.
