JUDGMENT

1. Heard on CM No. 36221/2018.

2. This application has been filed by the applicant Raghav Dahuja and the prayer made is that he be impleaded as applicant and made a party in the appeal in question, modifying the order dated 24.08.2018 and permit him to appear in the supplementary examination which is being conducted by the University of Delhi.

3. Similar applications were filed by various applicants after we had passed an order on 24.08.2018. The applications were CM Nos.34885/2018 and 34886/2018 which were dismissed by a detailed order passed by us on 28.08.2018. Thereafter, applications identical in nature filed by various 2018:DHC:5740-DB CM APPL. 36221/2018 In LPA 443/2018 applicants seeking permission to appear in the examination were rejected primarily on the ground that while passing the order on 24.08.2018 we had permitted declaration of result and permission to such candidates who had approached this Court immediately after the impugned action of detaining was passed and in whose favour interim orders were passed and they had appeared in the examination by virtue of the interim order passed. All these factors have been dealt with by us in detail in the order passed on 28.08.2018 while considering CM No. 34886/2018.

4. For the same grounds and reasons, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter now in this application at the instance of the present applicant.

5. Accordingly, this application is also dismissed.
