HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE A.K.PATHAK
11.09.2018 It is submitted that present FIR No. 376/2014 under Sections
323/341/506/34/354 IPG was registered against Mr. Ravinder Singh, Mr. Lakhvinder Singh,Mr.ManojKumar and Ms.Bhawna(accused persons)at
2018:DHC:8275 ,-A police station Uttam Nagar, on the complaint of Ms. Shelly Oberoi
(complainant). Accused persons and complainant were neighbours at the relevant time. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of aforesaid FIR. It is further submitted that with the intervention oftheir common friends and other family members, accused persons and complainant have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, presentFIR may be quashed.
Complainant-Ms. Shelly Oberoi is present in Court along with her counsel. She has been identified by SI Govind Singh ofpolice station Uttam

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between Mr. Ravinder Singh,Mr.Lakhvinder Singh,Mr.Manoj Kumar and Ms.Bhawna(accused persons) and Ms. Shelly Oberoi (complainant), in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.
Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
