ORDER n.09.2018 It is submitted that Mr. Saurabh, Ms. Gunjan, Ms. Aasha, Ms. Sapna and Ms. Annu, on the one hand, and Mr. Hemant, Mr. Rakesh and Mr.Bhim
2018:DHC:8271 @ John, on the other hand, are laiown to each other being residents of same locality. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of following FIRs:- a) FIR No. 293/2014 under Sections 308/341/34 IPG registered at police station Kalyanpuri, on the complaint of Hemant; b) FIR No. 295/2014 under Sections 308/341/34 IPG registered at police station Kalyanpuri, on the complaint of Saurabh.
Mr. Hemant, Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Bhim @ John are accused in FIR
No. 295/2014; whereas Mr. Saurabh, Ms. Sapna and Ms. Annu are accused in FIR No. 293/2014. It is submitted that with the intervention of commons friends and other family members, above named persons have amicably settled their disputes, therefore, aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.
All the above-named persons are present in Gourt and have been identified by SI Vipin Kumar Tivetia of police station Kalyanpuri.
Gomplainants/injured Mr. Hemant, Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Bhim @ John, Mr. Saurabh, Ms. Gunjan and Ms. Aasha submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
They have no objectionin case their respectiveFIR is quashed. u
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
