The learned counsel for the State submits, upon instructions, that the aforesaid matters will be disposed-off within a period of four weeks, 2018:DHC:8864 provided the petitioner appears before the DCP concerned on the date fixed.
The petitioner shall appear before the said officer on 25.09.2018 at
11.00 am.
